The deceased was born Jan. 25, 1857, near Pleasant Grove, Minn., and was 32 years old at the time of her death. She was the daughter of Mr. Albert Pattridge, and was married to Mr. Russell Jan. 20, 1880.
She leaves a husband, one daughter, a father and two brothers, also a large circle of other relatives and a host of friends to mourn her loss. She will be long remembered as a loving wife, a fond mother and kind and obliging neighbor and friend.
The funeral service was conducted by A.A. Lord and the sermon was delivered by Rev. J. Grice, of Marion.
The grave was handsomely lined with evergreens and flowers, a fitting emblem for her who will live forever in the hearts of her friends. The friends of the deceased have the sincere sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow.
